06 / YOUR OPERATIONS

MT4 and MT5 technical support for brokers.

A launch is the beginning of an operating relationship. Put support coverage, responsibilities and escalation routes in place so your team knows where to turn.

A PRACTICAL TECHNICAL SCOPE

The right questions.
A better foundation.

Create your project brief
01

A defined support boundary

Document the platforms, infrastructure and third-party services covered by the arrangement. Confirm support channels, coverage hours and response commitments in the agreement.

02

Issue triage and escalation

Use a consistent process to describe an issue, assess impact and gather useful diagnostics. Route platform, infrastructure and external-provider issues to the appropriate owner.

03

Planned technical maintenance

Prepare configuration updates and maintenance work with agreed windows, checks and rollback steps. Keep a usable record of what changed.

04

Knowledge your team can use

Create operational notes, contact paths and handover material for the agreed scope. Keep critical procedures accessible to the people responsible for the environment.

PLAN THE FULL PROJECT

A support agreement should be specific.

Brokerage technical support works best when the covered environment, contact channels and responsibilities are clear. Platform administration, server maintenance and third-party service issues can require different access and different escalation routes.

Set out the operational requirements

  • The platforms, servers and external services that need support, with their existing owners.
  • Required coverage hours, communication channels and the business impact of common incidents.
  • The maintenance backlog, existing runbooks and access needed for the agreed work.

Build an operational support plan

  • A documented boundary covering included systems, exclusions and external-provider dependencies.
  • An issue-reporting and escalation procedure with named operational roles.
  • Maintenance, change-validation and handover procedures your team can use.

Coverage hours and response commitments must be agreed in writing. A general support description is not a substitute for a project-specific service agreement.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

A clearer scope.
From the start.

Have a more specific requirement? Let’s look at your project together.

Talk to the team
Is around-the-clock support available?

Coverage requirements, including around-the-clock arrangements, are discussed during scoping. The support agreement confirms the actual hours, channels and response commitments.

Can support cover an existing system?

An existing environment can be reviewed first. The platform state, access, documentation and third-party dependencies determine the support scope.

How do I report a technical issue?

Contact the team in Telegram with the affected system, the symptoms and the time the issue began. Sensitive access information should be exchanged only through an agreed secure process.
