A technology launch is easier to manage when every component has an owner and every critical workflow has a check. Use this list as a starting point for your project review.
1. Agree what is being delivered
Record the platform environment, the branding touchpoints, the infrastructure and the integrations in scope. Keep excluded work and external dependencies visible so they do not become surprises late in the project.
2. Map access and responsibilities
Identify the owner of each system. Define the roles required by your team and the access needed by technical providers. Agree how privileged credentials will be exchanged and maintained.
3. Validate the client journey
Walk through the agreed account and client workflows from beginning to end. Include handoffs between systems and confirm which team investigates a failure at each step.
4. Check the operational foundations
- Confirm the server and connection configuration.
- Review monitoring scope, alert destinations and escalation owners.
- Check the backup scope, retention and restoration procedure.
- Agree the maintenance window and rollback process.
- Confirm the support coverage and contact route.
5. Complete a usable handover
A handover should identify the environment, the agreed checks, the owners and the support process. Open items should have a responsible person and a follow-up date.

Prepare the operational review
Before approving launch, connect this checklist to the platform and infrastructure map. Confirm the server security review scope and the support responsibilities that apply after handover. Record unresolved dependencies as open project items.
